There is for some very strange reason an ost file in the location in local data noted above. The ost file is due to incorrect setup using Comcast tech support. The location I do not have an explanation for.
There should not even be an ost file on the local drive and it is somehow being used by Outlook. When Outlook closed unexpectedly last week, I had to go through a long process of Outlook repairing the file.
